Gate System Transition Complete

We’re pleased to inform you that, as of this evening, Montalcino will be fully transitioned to the new gate system. To ensure seamless access, please make sure you have registered your Toll Tag through the online portal and/or registered through the MyQ app. This is required for the new system to properly recognize your vehicle or mobile device to grant entry.

If you have not yet completed your setup, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to avoid any access issues.

For MyQ setup or troubleshooting, please refer to the instructions provided previously. Should you need further assistance or have questions, you may contact your Association Manager, Caspar Sullivan at caspar@esssexhoa.com or submit your inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
