Important Instructions for New Gate Access

Please take a moment to read over the below step by step instructions explaining the process of receiving calls and entering in your own personal access code for entry to our new MyQ app connected to our new gate access system. You may also reference the attached documents for step by step with pictures to better assist.
Initial Setup
1. Enable Bluetooth
Bluetooth must be turned on to allow your device to connect with the gate system.
2. Allow Notifications
Notifications must be enabled so you can receive alerts and calls from the system.
3. Register Using the Email You Used to Set Up the Account
Please make sure to use the same email address you provided during the initial setup to register your account.
4. Create a Password
Set a secure password to protect your access. This will be required to log in to your system.
Using the System• Once setup is complete, you will be able to unlock the gate from anywhere using your phone.
• When a guest calls from the gate directory, it will appear as a regular phone call—there will be no prompt or notification indicating it’s from the system.
• During the call:
o Speak directly with the guest to confirm their identity.
o To grant access, press 9 on your keypad during the call. This will open the gate.
o You will have 60 seconds to speak and press 9 before the call automatically ends.
Important: Save This NumberPlease save the following number in your contacts: 469-702-0306
This is the number the system uses to call you when someone requests access. If you do not save it and have spam or call-blocking features enabled, the call may be rejected or silenced.
