Reminder - New Gate System Access

As a reminder, the new gate access system will be coming online soon! The purpose of this message is to encourage any homeowners who have not yet registered their toll tag information online to please follow the below link that will lead you to the online form on the Association’s website.

Homeowners will have an option of setting up their toll tag with our system for gate entry and/or managing the gates through a mobile app on your phones.

Please note that there are some vehicles that contain a high metal content, which inhibits the gate system from reading the toll tag. If this is your case, you may request a headlight tag from NTTA (there may be a cost), or you can request a headlight tag from Essex Association Management at $40/each.
