Streetlight Maintenance

We wanted to reach out to the homeowners in the community regarding street lighting outages and/or damages. Caspar Sullivan, your Association Manager, is in the process of compiling a list of streetlights currently affected to take the appropriate actions with Oncor or our preferred electricians, if need be.

It is Caspar’s request of those homeowners affected to please reach out to him directly if you are currently aware of inoperable/damaged streetlights in the community. Homeowners may reach out to Caspar at caspar@essexhoa.com, with the subject line “Montalcino Streetlights - *Property Address*” with a brief summary containing the specific location of the damaged or inoperable light. We appreciate your assistance in this matter, and we look forward to returning these lights to 100% functionality.
